    (2) Install the adjustment cover, worm gear bearing, bearing cover, seal ring, "0" ring oil seal, pinion and bushing on the worm gear shaft, and then assemble the assembled worm gear in the worm gear box housing.

    (8) All parts are coated with phenolic primer, and the body is top-coated according to the contract requirements. The appearance of the paint must be uniform, flat, consistent in color, and covered completely, without defects such as brush marks, peeling, accumulation and blistering. The adhesion of the paint film is checked with a grid. The coating does not fall off or partly fall off at the edge of the lattice or at the intersection of the cuts, and the fall-off area is not more than 15%.

    Closed gears and toroidal worm gears use industrial gear oil Q / sy8037-73, code No. 250 for lubrication. Its kinematic viscosity is 230-270. It is also possible to use No. 52 superheated cylinder oil or No. 65 synthetic cylinder oil as substitute oil. The highest oil level of the worm gear box does not exceed the centerline of the worm, and the lowest is not lower than the tooth root of the lower teeth of the worm. If the continuous working time of the winch is long, the oil quantity of the worm gear box needs to be appropriately increased. The oil quality of the worm gear box must not be changed arbitrarily, otherwise the oil temperature will increase sharply, the worm gear will aggravate wear and reduce transmission efficiency. The small gears, bridge gears, and large gears can also be lubricated with the above oil. At least once every shift, so that an oil film is often maintained between the tooth surfaces.

    The rolling bearing on the worm gear shaft and the rolling bearing in the drum are refilled or replaced with calcium-sodium based grease every 3-6 months, and the refueling amount should not exceed 2/3 of the bearing chamber. The two sliding bearings on the worm gear box can use the fuel plugs on the shaft ends. Inject calcium-sodium-based grease for lubrication, and fill 2-3 times per shift. Grease for rolling bearing in worm gear box can also use sodium-based grease or lithium-based grease, but calcium-based grease is not allowed.

    After using a new or overhauled winch, especially a winch with a new worm gear set, after operating for 8-10 days, the lubricant in the worm gear box must be replaced and cleaned to remove metal fines from the parts.
